Deadline for registration - Friday 22 June 2013

Location - The course will be held at the US Naval Academy, Annapolis, Maryland, USA. Participants will not need ground transportation since Annapolis is a small town and all facilities are within easy walking distance.

Applications - Applications should be made to Emma Coles. Applicants wishing to claim a student discount need to provide evidence that they are students, e.g. a letter from your University on headed paper. There are limited number of spaces on the course for students; they will be allocated by order of application.

Travel - Participants are responsible for their own travel costs.

Preliminary Information on travel arrangements - Annapolis is some 30 miles east of Washington DC. The nearest airport is Baltimore Washington International (BWI) from which there is a regular shuttle service to Annapolis. Washington also has two other airports (National/Reagan – Washington - and Dulles – the west of Washington) and Newark (New Jersey) is also a possibility. Information on ground transport options from these airports will be posted shortly and emailed to participants.

Accommodation - We have negotiated a special rate of $116/night + local taxes (2012 rates, subject to final confirmation) at the Annapolis Marriott Waterfront hotel.

Meals - All lunches during the course are provided, as are refreshments mid-morning and mid-afternoon. There will opening and closing receptions, at which refreshments and snacks will be provided, and a formal course dinner. Participants are responsible for other meals and refreshments.
